I have the right to accept or decline any commissions.

All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.

Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.

The client can check in and ask for updates but please do not rush me unless I am past the turnaround time! Deadlines can be added at a fee.

The client can choose to pay upfront or 50/50 via PayPal only. [ Upfront only for sketches]

Atleast half of the payment should be sent before I start sketching.

Payment should be sent within 72 hours or the commission will be canceled.

Payments made via paypal are ony accepted through invoices, friends and family will not be accepted

Work delivery will vary depending on the type of comission.

An appropriate turnaround time will be provided during the proposal stage.

Turnaround time is usually 1-8 weeks.

Deadlines can be added at an additional charge proportional to the rush.

Major and minor revisions during the sketch stage are free of charge.

Further major revisions past the sketch stage will result in fees proportional to the additional workload.

No refunds unless I am physically incapable of completing the commission or unforeseen circumstances.

If the client ceases contact for over 20 days, the commission will be considered concluded and no refunds will be issued.

Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted and appropriate legal action may be taken.

If you need a refund please contact me first, do not request a chargeback instantly.

The client is allowed to use, re-post and edit the commission artwork for your personal use, however the credit of the art will still be mine.

No AI Feeding.

I reserve the right to post the work to Instagram and any other site, including live streams and process recordings unless stated otherwise by the client.

By default, all commissions are for personal use only, commercial work will be charged extra. (Please message me for further details.)

Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of making or promoting monetized content.
